Bespoke Advance Payment Policy:
We offer flexible payment terms. Once you have been contracted with the services, we would request you to pay advance payment. The advance payment advised to you is decided based on the services that we have to offer and the number of days left for the commencement of the services. Before your departure from your country you can pay the balance payment.
However, for special train journeys and for hotel or resorts reservations during the peak season (X-Mas / New Year / Conference) full payment is required.
Bespoke Mode of Payment Policy:
We offer flexible modes of payment. You can send us payment to our bank account through the Wire Transfer or through online Authorization through Visa / Master.
Notes. However, for all payment that is done through credit card the nominal bank charges would be applicable over & above the total amount.
Bespoke Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure Policy:
We understand that you have to cancel your tour due to some major reason. However, we request you to inform us in written. We would try our best to reduce the cancellation charges however as a general policy the cancellation charges would be as follows.
- 45 days prior to arrival – 20% of the service / tour cost
- 44 days to 30 days prior to arrival – 50% of the service / tour cost
- Within 30 days prior to arrival – 100% of the service / tour cost / No refund
Over and Above the transaction amount will be deducted on refund (Bank Remittance / Credit Card)
The above cancellation policy may vary as per the services provided and will be informed in advance before we request any payment.
After commencement of the tour/service if you cancel due to some reason, we would try our best for the refund from the hoteliers and airlines and the same would be advised to you. However Bespoke do not bear any responsibility of the refund for the hotels, chartered transportation and any other services that have been unused after the commencement of the tour. - Bespoke Refund Policy:
We will always expedite the process of the refund payment. It may take 2 to 4 weeks for our bank to refund the payment. For all refund payments to Bank Account and Credit Card the bank charges would be applicable and the same would be debited from the payment that is refunded as per our cancellation policy described above. - Bespoke Liabilities & Limitations Policy:
On the contracted tours / service cost if there are any hikes by the Government of India for the guide charges, fuel cost, entrance fees of the museum, monuments and service tax than the same would be paid by the guest.
Bespoke acts as agent for the airlines, railways, transporters, contractors and hotels. All exchange orders, contracts, tickets and receipts are issued by us in lieu of the terms and conditions and according to the services provided by the above.
The itineraries that are provided to the guests are basically intending to give you an outline of the trip schedules that are offered by us. However, certain factors like weather, the physical ability of the guest and the road condition etc. might render us to make some changes in the schedule either before the tour or while you are on the trail itself. Thus, the right of changing the schedule is exclusively determined by us keeping in mind the safety, comfort and the wellbeing of the guest.
We charge you as per the prevailing rates in the market and the rates are also negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines and all our other clients. However, airlines and hotels retain the right of modifying the rates without giving us prior notice. In this case Bespoke holds the right to charge the rate as per the modified rates that is done by the airlines and the hotels. The hotel booking is always done according to the usual check in and check out procedure and time of the hotel which is mentioned in our itinerary and any changes would be notified by us in the itinerary also.
If there are any delay or alteration in the program or in the expenses that has to be incurred due to certain conditions like the natural hazards, accident, flight cancellations, weather, sickness, political closures, breakdown of machinery, breakdown of transport or due to any untoward incidents, Bespoke would not be responsible for it either directly or indirectly.
Travelers are requested to take care of all their belongings and if there is any loss, injury or damage to any person, property connected to the accommodation, transportation and other service that is rendered by us that are caused directly or indirectly by factors like accidents, natural calamities, breakdowns, wars, thefts, civil disturbances, strikes, epidemics, and any other unexpected causes that are beyond our control, we shall not be responsible for it because we have no insurance policy that can bear the expenses of accidents, loss caused by sickness and theft etc. Hence, we request our guests to seek such insurance policy in their hometown itself so that they can enjoy a comfortable and tension free trip with us. We also expect you to take care of all your personal belongings as any loss related to baggage and personal property would be borne by you. - If You Have A Complaint
If you have a problem during your holiday, please inform the relevant Supplier (e.g. your hotel) immediately. Should they be unable to resolve the matter, please immediately contact us? If you fail to timely contact us, we will not be permitted the opportunity to investigate your complaint and attempt to rectify any error while you are away, and this may affect your rights under this Agreement. - Travel Documents and Destinations
It is your responsibility to ensure that all of the details on your travel documents are correct and to bring to our attention any errors or discrepancies immediately. Your travel documents are valuable and should be safeguarded as if they were cash. It is not always possible to replace travel documents in the case of loss, theft, damage, etc.
Prior to booking international travel, we recommend that you review any Government’s prohibitions, warnings and advisories applicable to your destinations. By offering travel to any particular destination, we do not represent that travel in such destination is safe or without risk.
Passport, Visa and Immigration Requirements
It is your responsibility to fullfil the passport, visa and other immigration requirements applicable to your itinerary. You should confirm these with the relevant embassies and/or consulates. We do not accept any responsibility in the case of you being unable to travel due to not complying with any such requirements. - Insurance
Travel insurance is a vital part of your arrangements. We strongly recommend that you have taken out adequate insurance for the duration of your journey. Travel insurance is a mandatory element of some travel arrangements. - Refund and cancellation policy
